Nepal Tibet Tour

Tibet is the land of awesome landscapes and ancient Buddhist Cultures where the artistic monastery decorates the land and the centuries old caravan trail is situated. The autonomous land of China, Tibet lies on average elevation of 4000 m. The Mt. Kailash is taken as the abode of the God Shiva through Hindus is the most popular pilgrimage site not only for Hindus but equally important site for the Buddhist also. Lhasa the capital city of Tibet is another attraction where the Potala Palace of the Dalai Lama is situated and other numbers of monasteries.

Nepal is majestic country to enjoy with monasteries / Temples / Stupas in the valley and culture. Liikewise Himalayan view from Nagarkot is great to experience.

Trip Overview

Day 1:

Arrive Kathmandu (Best day on Wednesday)
Arrival in Kathmandu International Airport. Welcome by our representative and transfer to your Hotel.

Day 2:

Tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa and Patan Durbar Square. Drive to Nagarkot in the evening. Overnight stay in Nagarkot.

Day 3:

Enjoy the sunrise over the Himalayan Ranges. Breakfast in Nagarkot and then drive back to Bhaktapur. Tour of Bhaktapur and Pashupatinath in the afternoon. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 4:

Kathmandu to Zhangmu / Naylem (3700m)
Early morning drive to Kodari, complete immigration and custom formalities and overnight at Hotel Zhangmu or Naylam.

Day 5:

Naylem/Zhangmu to Xegar (4350m)
Crossing Lalung la passes (5050m). This day's drive offers fantastic view of the high mountain including Mount Everest.

Day 6:

Xegar to Shigatse (3900m)
Drive about 8 hrs to Shigatse has the famous Tashimpo Monastery and the seat of Panchen Lama, Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7:

Xigatse - Gyantse
After a morning visit to the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, a short two hours drive to Gyantse, a small town that once served as the capital of a small kingdom. O/N in hotel.

Day 8:

Gyantse - Lhasa (3600m)
A scenic drive through the Karo La Pass and Kamba La Pass with a very good view of the Yamdrok Tso Lake. Then you cross the mighty Brahmmaputra River to arrive in Lhasa. O/N in hotel.

Day 9-10:

Lhasa (Two full days in Lhasa)
Sightseeing and excursion of the Potala palace, the Jokhang Temple, surroundings of Barkhor Market, Drepung and Sera Monasteries. O/N in hotel.

Day 11:

Lhasa - Kathmandu
Transfer to airport to fly back to Kathmandu, whole day free and easy for shopping and sightseeing.

Day 12:

Free day
Free day for optional sightseeing or shopping, Evening join Nepali dinner and Cultural show, O/N KTM hotel.

Day 13:

Airport
Airport drive for Fly to home country.
