Environmental Friendly
We have adopted environmental friendly
policies to minimize our impact on the
environment. Please remember you can’t
change Himalaya and even if you could
it’s not yours to change. Go with the
flow its Himalaya you have come to
experience so let it be Himalaya.
- Use kerosene for cooking and heating
purposes
- Place all rubbish in bins provided, if
there are no bins please ask
- Remove unnecessary packaging and store
items in reusable containers
- Leave the campsite area clean.
- Don’t use a fire in an open place
- Don’t pollute water source
- Protect natural aspects
- Where possible re-use your water
bottle for boiled water
- Respect local culture
- Seek permission before entering any
temple or house.
- Don’t take photographs without granted
permission.
- Dress appropriately while traveling,
no tight fitting clothes.
